We had keyed them in prior to the corrections and put them on our download web site. They are now corrected. If you imported Vendor MAN pricing prior to 02/20/08 you should download them again and re-import the Zeston material code pricing.

MIKE
is now supported on the Microsoft Vista operating system.
An new interim release is now available. This interim
release is called MIKE XV. It uses the MIKE2000 database
and can coexist with the MIKE2000 release on Windows XP in a
network environment. MIKE XV will run on both Windows XP
and Vista. This release with soon be upgraded to an even newer
release called MIKE 10. MIKE 10 will have many new
enhancements. Please contact us to get a quote on the cost to
upgrade to MIKE XV. The future MIKE 10 release upgrade
will be a no cost upgrade from MIKE XV. MIKE XV will be
required to upgrade to MIKE 10.IKE Fireproofing is now supported on the Microsoft Vista operating system. The new release called IKE Fireproofing 10 is an upgrade from the IKE2000 Fireproofing Module. Please contact us to get a quote on the cost to upgrade to IKE Fireproofing 10.
Our plans are to support Vista with all our major new versions of software. Customers planning on using Vista can expect support very soon.

JIM allows you to set up to four group levels of detail reporting and subtotaling. Examples of these groups could be: Floor, Zone, System, Specification, Work Type, etc. It also provides the ability to correctly set and adjust man power loading to optimize production and job scheduling. The system allows the manager to set high and low productivity thresholds that will flag them about production problems immediately, so they can take action to correct any problems or trends. JIM also has the ability to do manual and/or barcode scanning data entry. Along with the ability to do comparison analysis of multiple jobs based on up to ten different flags. These ten different flags can be used alone or in any combination to do the comparison analysis. And last but not least, the ability to see actual production on a job so you can adjust future estimated production rates.

Dodge Plans™, the government and your local plan rooms are currently providing estimators with plans in electronic format either on CD-ROM or directly from the internet. Visual TakeOff+™, can read those digital plans, and allows you to view and do your takeoff right on your monitor, it's as simple as that.

The stylus measures quantities on the drawings and inputs the data directly into an estimating program or spreadsheet. This is much faster and more accurate than old fashioned hand methods. TakeOff 2000+™ does Lineal, Square and Count measurements. It can use any imperial or metric scale (e.g. 1/8, 1/4, 3/16, 1:50, 1:100, etc.), plus it can determine the scale by measuring one known measurement. The estimator can view each step of the take-off process on the computer monitor. This helps to avoid both inadvertent data omissions and repetitions. The estimator can also color code the on screen graphical take-off. This copy of TakeOff 2000+™ is configured specifically for use with a spreadsheet program.
